Package Inclusions :

Package Exclusions:
* Hotel Check In & Check Out Time 12:00 Noon
* Personal Expenses such as Shopping, Wine, Laundry, Luggage Charges, tips, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Porterage .
* Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
* Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
* Any cost rising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
* Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
* Snow Vehicle Fare, If Road Is Block Due To Snow.
* Room Heater Charges
* Insurance.
Booking
Booking and confirmation advance payment is 50%
Rest of the full cost due to be paid on the before two days start of tour
Kids below age of 5 years count as free
Kids above age of 5 years count as adult
Cancellation
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written , a further charge will be levied as follows:-
Before 2 month 10% of tour cost amount
Before 1 month 50% of tour cost amount
Within 30 Days no refund
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air /train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client
In case of any unforeseen weather condition or government restriction we will try to provide the best possible alternative, no refund shall be made
Postpone / Propone
For postpone / Propone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 15 days prior of tour date. INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prep one / postpone
Important Notes
* Day wise Itinerary Subject to change on weather condition.
* Priyanka Tours Nagpur reserves the right to change the Itinerary at any time without prior notice.
* Priyanka Tours Nagpur will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss of any kind.
* Meals provide only during Hotel stay.
* We do not make false promises to our customers that there will be snow fall during the tour. It also does not guarantee that it will snow during the tour, Whether there will be snow fall or not depends on the weather.

Terms and Conditions
* Travelling will be done through Traveler
* The booking amount of trip is 50% of package cost for per person
* The remaining amount must be paid before two days of journey
* No reduction in price will be made after the rate has been finalized
* Once booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non refundable under any circumstances
* Travel insurance is not included in the package
* Any extra expense occurred due to Natural calamities, Political disturbances, Health issue, Flight delay or Train delay or any situation beyond our control should be borne by Guest
* It will be drivers decision to turn on the AC or Not depending on the hill and mountains as per safety
* Anyone missing the trip due to any reason will not eligible for any refunds
* Drinking, Smoking or using any other substance is strictly prohibited due to health and safety concerns
Check List
1) The tour will start from your nearest Railway Station / Airport. Please reach the Railway Station / Airport before time of time of schedule Train / Flight.
2) Submit Tourist information form
3) Breakfast and dinner will be provided only at the hotel during your stay.
4) Anyone who experiences vomiting should carry a large quantity of plastic bag.
5) Copy of Voter Id Card/Driving License/Passport of the all Travelers
6) One Passport photos of the all Travelers
7) Two alternate Mobile numbers of the all Travelers
8) E-mail id of the all Travelers
9) Residential and Correspondence address of the all Travelers
